Residence Kupec
Rezidence Kupec in Frymburk is a unique three-story apartment complex set in the picturesque nature of South Bohemia, faithfully reminiscent of the concept of alpine chalet-type mountain accommodation. It is located in the village of Frymburk, right on the shore of the Lipno water reservoir in a small bay and offers a magical view of the water surface and the surroundings as well as a wonderful stay on a private beach.
The Kupec residence at the Lipno water reservoir represents high-standard accommodation by the South Bohemian Sea. We will accommodate you in 13 cozy and diversely furnished apartments that meet high standards, including Wi-fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans and a fully equipped kitchen. In the attic wellness apartments, you will be surprised by hydromassage whirlpool tubs and a minibar. From all apartments you can enjoy the sparkling surface of the Lipno reservoir, the Šumava peaks and the romantic town of Frymburk. An outdoor fireplace and a summer kitchen with a grill by the water are also available for our guests. Another nice bonus is our private beach. Our complex includes its own parking lot and hobby warehouses.
The Kupec residence is located directly on the famous Lipno backbone cycle path below the Frymburk ski area and the chapel of Saint Martha. The Lipno ski resort, wellness and sauna world, shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of our apartment complex. Just beyond the border, you can also visit the Sternstein and Hochficht ski resorts.
2020
In 2020 we managed to complete the rough construction of our residence.
2021
The magical winter of 2021 tested the quality of our residence, and the first future guests were able to view the residence from the frozen surface of Lake Lipno.
2022
This year has already been marked by finishing works, interior work and plans for the future for the moment when operations start.
2023
Most of the apartments are already completely finished, and work is mainly being done on fine-tuning the details on the beach and the residential fitness & wellness in the adjacent building.

We have prepared facilities for our guests within the premises, which we are constantly developing, and the only goal is your satisfaction.
During their stay, our guests can use a residential parking space, hobby storage for sports equipment, washing boxes for cyclists, a wellness and fitness area, a private beach, a laundry room with an iron and ironing board, an outdoor fireplace and a summer kitchen with a grill by the water.

When creating our apartments, we were inspired by the authentic Austrian chalet style, which is famous for its rustic elegance and pleasant atmosphere. Each apartment has high-quality wood paneling and stonework that create warmth and character. The combination of traditional elements with modern design ensures a perfect balance between tradition and luxury.
Our main goal is to ensure your maximum comfort and satisfaction. Each apartment is spacious and fully equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and first-class amenities. When designing the interiors, we took care of every detail to provide you with a space in which you will feel at home.
